Digital offerings are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive your materials or session information via the email you provided at checkout.

Physical Products:

Commissioned Soul Dolls & Artist Kits

All physical items are handmade with care and intention. Please allow 7 to 8 business days for preparation before your order is shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your parcel is on its way.

Shipping Information:

We are happy to ship internationally whenever possible. However, some countries have restrictions on natural materials, such as wool, which may affect shipping availability.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will receive a full refund of your purchase.
