Digital Courses & Trainings (Including Facilitator Training & Mini Courses)

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final for self-paced courses, digital downloads, and trainings.

Once access to the course portal is granted or materials are delivered digitally, no refunds, withdrawals, or transfers will be provided.

Please ensure the course or training is right for you before purchasing. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to email [email protected] with questions before enrolling.

Physical Products (Artist Kits & Oracle Decks)

All kits are custom-assembled and made to order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns unless your kit arrives damaged or incomplete.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., missing or damaged items), please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, including photos if applicable, and we will do our best to make it right.

We are unable to accept returns based on shipping delays, incorrect personalization details not submitted, or change of mind.

Workshop & Retreat Bookings

All in-person events, retreats, or workshops will have individual refund policies noted at time of registration. Please refer to those for cancellation deadlines and refund terms.

Right of Retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return Shipping

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us [insert the shop/business name and geographical address, where applicable, of the person authorised by your business to receive the goods], without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Costs of Return Shipping

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Value Replacement for the Delivery of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
